But here is what I can tell you: it works. Not because the words on these pages are special, but because you are. The capacity for what this book describes is already inside you. It has always been inside you. These exercises are just a way of remembering.

Go at your own pace. There is no deadline. Skip what doesn't resonate and come back to it later. The material has a way of finding you when you're ready for it.

And if you're reading this at 2am because you couldn't sleep and something told you to open the book again — good. That instinct is worth trusting. Keep going.
